Who we are
Nuha Consulting Inc. runs this website. This notice explains what personal information we collect through it, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. For any privacy question, write to muhammad@nuhaconsulting.com.
What we collect and why
Contact form: your name, work email, company and message. We use them to reply to you.
Booking a call: the Schedule a call button opens Cal.com, a third-party scheduling service. What you enter there, such as your name and email, is collected by Cal.com and passed to us so that we can meet you. Cal.com's own privacy notice applies to that page.
Technical data: when a page loads, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, sees your IP address and browser details, as any website host does. The animation code on the site is also loaded from Cloudflare's cdnjs service. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies and builds no profile of you. We do not run advertising tools on this site.
How your messages reach us
The contact form is delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form service that passes each submission to our email. Web3Forms handles it only to deliver it to us.
Who can see it
Only the people at Nuha Consulting who need it to answer you. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. The service providers named above handle it only to provide their service.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages and booking details for as long as we need them to answer you and to manage any working relationship that follows. Job applications we received in the past are kept for 12 months after the role was filled or closed, then deleted, unless you asked us to keep yours.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also withdraw your consent to us using it. Write to muhammad@nuhaconsulting.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, if you are in Quebec, to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
